I had a question about a players arbitration clock, is it 20 minor league DAYS or CYCLES before you call up a player to save a year on his arb clock?

For instance:

8/17, 8/18 etc

or

8/17 PM, 8/17 PM2 etc

20 minor league cycles.

Rule of thumb: if your minor league season starts on Wednesday AM, do your promotions after the following Wednesday AM game.  It's 22 cycles, but easy to remember and takes math out of the equation.  And if waiting the extra two cycles is an issue for you, then you probably shouldn't be waiting at all.
