This was a minor technical issue. 2 Members didnt attend the swearing in, and thought that it was just a formality.

They are now sworn in and no harm no foul.

Try to save caps and ! for when something actually happens!

Again this was a minor mistake. It wanst like they believed they could vote before they took office. There votes are not going to count. It was a simple mistake.
