I only have 6 mil this season for Int scouting. How accurate are the projection rankings? Should I just bid high on a prospect that is asking for a 3 .5 mil signing bonus? His power and contact are only in 40s but his splits are in 60s as an 18 year old. What should I expect?

You can bid directly off of what he is asking for without even looking at the ratings.  Over 1M, might contribute, 3M or more, likely going to be a good one.  The main drawback from having low Int Budget is not seeing many IFA's.

Unless that guy is an outstanding fielder I wouldn't want him on my team. Even with good fielding ratings he most likely wouldn't start...
