My closer (or guy who pours gas on the fire), CyMcDowell , has a Control # of 83, but still walks 3.8 guys every nine innings.  Seems like a lot of walks for a guy with good control.  Any idea why?

Several ideas.

1.  He doesn't pitch in a vacuum.   If he's facing high eye guys, it's gonna happen.
2.  110 innings pitched.   Not much of a sample size.
3.  His PC is too high.   I'd set him at 10-15.
