Slim's Progressive/Regressive League (SPRL) will be entering it's 27th season, which will be 1934 and 1996. This league is unusual because it is progressive, in that after 1996 the league will go to 1997, 1998 and so on; and the league is regressive, in that after 1934 the league will go to 1933, 1932 and so on. So, some players start in the league in their rookie season and go forward, to the end of their careers. The other players start in their last season and go backwards, to the beginning of their careers.

Draft positions have been determined.
