I would say file a ticket, but I guess that depends on whether you want to complete this trade before the end of this month.

My WW ranking was 18 when I tried to trade. The other team was 21. Three better didn't work.
I was thinking they meant you had to be three games better, not three ranking positions.  Three games makes sense to me, three ranking positions does not.
