The rules are simple.

Each owner will pick a year. Every player , OL, Def or ST Unit from that season will be Ineligible to be drafted by any owner, Including the owner who selected it.

After all 24 owners have picked a year, every player or unit from every OTHER season not selected will be eligible to be drafted. Got it straight?

There will still be 46 seasons to pick players from.

Salary Cap is $60 Million.

No clones

No waiver wire.

Any takers? Simply announce the season you want blacklisted to join.
