Big Rebounding Lineup Topic

Anyone ever tried a starting 5 that is stacked with rebounding across all 5 positions. I'm not talking about starting 5 PF/C but more along the lines of starting 5 normal players (3PG/SG/SF, 2PF/C) but the ones in the backcourt also have 60-70 reb. Ofc, these guards trade off some bh/p/per for the extra reb, but how effective will this be? I imagine against a good press team, you will get killed in t/o but make it up in reb?

Rochester's running that right now.  So far the rebounding advantage hasn't been what I had hoped for.  Playing the 2nd Chicago game tonight.  Might be worth checking to see how it goes if you're interested.

Actually got outrebounded by 1 by the other decent team in my conference.  Maybe a man team would be able to get a bigger advantage from it...

The new engine destroyed this tactic.  The engine doesn't reward superior rebounding nearly enough anymore.   If anything I have started to look at other ratings to get the advantage.

They're outrebounding the number 10 SOS by ten. . . . that isn't precisely BAD. . . .

I tried it at Rutgers on my alt and ran M2M.  It didn't work out at all.

Ok, guess I'm not doing this. I had the opportunity to recruit 2 players who should end up around 65+ in ath/spd/reb, but low passing/bh for the 2/3 spots.

Most of that was with a different lineup.  Which was still definitely above average rebounding, but less dominant than this on the boards with a poor rebounding guard instead of Neuhaus in the starting lineup.
