I just took over C- Prestige West Virgina. What sort of recruits can I bring in as far as rankings and stuff go?

I *think* you can target 1 and 2 star guys, although, there may be better players without stars.

I took over C- Ok. State last season.  You're pretty much looking at 1 star guys with 2 stars telling that you're a backup.
