in RL over 30% of D1 recruits will leave the D1 program that they originally signed with.
I'd guess HD is well under 1%.

467 D1 players transfered during or after the 2009-10 season.

In real life players transfer for all sorts of reasons....In HD they only transfer because of playing time issues.  It's not really an apples to apples comparison.

Haha, so should we institute a RL aspect for HD? Imagine you playing your FR for 25mpg and starting every game, end of season, he transfers with msgs like "sorry coach, my girlfriend got pregnant and I have to drop out to help raise our baby" or "I really want to hit the beach every day so I'm going to transfer to Pepperdine."

OK, the WE was a poor example.  I just want to have some interaction with the players in the complaint situations (redshirt, lack of minutes) instead of it being a one way street.  Granted, I didn't play when dilemmas were turned on, so maybe I should be careful what I wish for.

in real life, players complain about playing time on 8th grade AAU teams....

I would love the ability to respond to the complaint - the dropdown options could include positive answers like - chill out, I promise you will start next season - answers that encourage conduct - like practice harder, get that IQ up and you will play - and negative answers - like- kid, you simply are not as good as the two guys ahead of you, you are not getting more minutes and if you dont want to be at Eastern Central Upper State you might just want to look for other opportunities
