Honestly the difference between A and A+ in the lower divisions has never been noticeable to me so I wouldn't worry much about that. And sense you can't be fired, the meeting expectations is just window dressing.

somehow Doogan forgot to renew at Syracuse in Smith and he got the team back during coach hiring before decisions started being made.  Evidently there is a short grace period
