I appreciate your comments.  I've done a number of these types of leagues, and it's not like there's a mad rush to get players nominated.  Is it possible for somebody to spend 30-45 minutes coming up with a player, only to find that position was filled 5 minutes before you were ready to post?  Sure, it's possible.  But that's more the exception that the rule. 

The more likely scenerio is that somebody will log in, check page 1 to see what positions are available, spend 30 minutes researching, them post his pick, without incident.
