The Sim Decision Tree

Understanding AAA

Though the decision tree alludes to it, an understanding of normalization and what all of the different statistical sorts mean in the draft center is very helpful. Make sure you change your draft center from [beginner] to [advanced] to allow yourself the full set of draft statistics and tools.

Some people don't necessarily understand the object of the game in SLB, so its important to understand that unlike HBD, where the main object is to try and get more talent than everyone else, in SLB you're going to have about the same amount. Players in the database are all priced pretty fairly, so everyone comes into the league with about the same total value in players. The trick then becomes who can manipulate what they have into a winning team. Offensive efficiency, ballpark manipulation, and managing. Its more simple than HBD on the surface, but in some ways its far more complciated. GL!
