High Green vs. Low Green Topic

Hey All:

I have a very specific question which will impact which player I sign.

What is the difference (in a Scouting Report) between...

- Runs the court very well - if he works hard at it, we could see *massive* improvement here.

And

- Runs the court very well - with the right diet and conditioning he could be MUCH quicker than he is today.

I know this is code for a Low Green for Speed (21-27 point improvement) and a High Green (28+ point improvement).  But I don't know which is which.  Argh!

Any opinions?

Thanks:
Craig
