Most of the time, they'll drop but not always.  I'd be surprised if all 3 go JUCO. I've seen them drop as late as 2 p.m.  I'm not sure about the 5 p.m.cycle

You should never send a home visit before they've given you the drop message or else the "I can't wait to sign" message and you believe there's some competition.

If you sent 8 SVs, that's probably not enough.  Conventional wisdom says 10-11 SVs are the minimum to get a pulldown. 

Send 2 or 3 more and see what happens.  If that doesn't work, try 4 or 5 more & etc until the kid commits.  I've used as many as 30 and I know others have sent a lot more than that if the kid is hard to pull down.

I have seen many players not drop and go to juco. It's up to chance now.
