Negative rest? Topic

Two times in the last month or so I have had a reliever namely (Bob Milacki) be at 87% or so.  Then after a game of rest actually drop into the lower 80's. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

A long time ago, someone posted and explained how that could happen.  I vaguely remember it actually making sense, but I have no idea if that thread/post could be found at this point.
