A newbie in DIII

Should I keep recruiting a kid who rejects a scholly offer?  Is there any chance that he may change his mind?

It is remotely possible that he would come around but I wouldn't waste my time. There are plenty of similar players that you can choose from.

did you send a phone call first to see if you can actually recruit him? And did he come up on your D3 search?

Yeah.  It was later on in the process when he rejected it.......I guess I'll move on to the next one lol
