When you are recruiting a player and they start out considering you, but then another team jumps on, but it seems as if they aren't putting any effort into the player, why won't that recruit drop the other team from considering them? It's been 1 1/2 days and during this entire time, all emails have said that he can't wait to play for my team or the "word on the street" in the future stars notes has said the whole time that he's definitely leaning towards playing for me, etc. No mention of looking at other schools or struggling on his decision. However, during this whole time, not once have i received a scholarship message. Usually i get those along the way and it lets you know how you are actually doing since the regular emails can be kind of tricky. Is this normal? Why am i not getting any scholarship messages and if he truly is liking my school, why hasn't he dropped the other school and signed? Do they have to drop the other school first before they sign? Any input is appreciated.
I'm not looking for a way to change the recruiting effort on this recruit or anything, just curious if this is normal since i haven't had it happen to me before in all my years of playing HD
