Thinking about switching to man, how effective can it be with low IQ. Say you have an elite defender 90+ D but with D- IQ in man, how effective will he be initially. Any thoughts?

I was told that high attributes can hide low IQ but high IQ doesn't hide low attributes. I would think it would be a struggle initially depending on how many of those elite 90+ guys you have. The more the better.
