Unintended Consequence? Topic

I just had a guy in Tark transfer because I broke a promised start.  Fair enough.  Weird thing is the season we just finished was his SOPHOMORE season.  So apparently the new stricter promise programming somehow applies retroactively.  This happen to anyone else?

did you send a ticket?

are you sure he left because of a broken promise and not just disappointed by his mins?  how many mins did he play?

The player is Charles Keene.  I'm not complaining - he's nothing special, particularly after his WE was decimated last year during the broken promise season.

Here's the e-mail he sent me:

Coach, the lying about starting me was just something I can't live with. I'm transferring - not sure where yet, but I know I'm not playing here any longer. BTW, I'll make sure everyone knows what a liar you are.

And yes, I sent a ticket.

I had this happen to me a few months ago.  It seems to be a glitch that pops up every now and again.  My player in question was also a sophomore and CS returned him to my roster.

I almost didn't send a ticket 'cause I don't really want him to be returned.  But I do see this being a potential problem down the road.

From what I understand, that shouldn't be happening. dahs, did WIS return him to your roster?

Not yet, and I rather hope they don't.

From support:
I made a fix that should prevent this from happening in the future. If you'd like I can return him to your team, but if not I'll just leave him alone. There's a good chance he should have quit last season anyway.

Perfect!

Not sure if it matters to you much, but you might want to make sure there's no rep hit as a result of him transferring from the phantom broken promise.

There was.  I'm not too worried about it.
