I sent a phone call to a recruit in the division above me. I got this response. Does it mean he's immediately recruitable, unrecruitable, or a drop down? Thanks in advance

Following up on ____, it's going to take a miracle to convince this kid to play for us. Do you believe in miracles coach?

Agreed, no chance.

I made the mistake once of thinking that message was an indication the kid could be had through a very intensive pulldown attempt...wasn't pretty and the story does not have a happy ending.
