Defensive spectrum question Topic

Hi guys,

I have been away for a while and can't find the forum thread on the defensive spectrum, so I'll ask a few questions

1.  has it been rolled into another thread?

2.  How would a A/A+  SS do at 1B, or a C/C+ SS for that matter.

3.  How bad would a B/D+ OF be at first.

I guess by now youcan figure what the plan is.  It's been about three years since i seriously played and am a bit rusty on the fine points.

Also, personally, i have had very good luck playing certain players out of position.  I played an A/A 3B at SS and he made 11 errors or so with  very good range.  So i would imagine that a average SS would do well at 1B seeing as shortstop is a tougher position to play and well above 1B on the defensive spectrum.

The outfielder would most likely be around a B-/D fielder at 1B IMO.

Moving "down" the spectrum is fine.  A shortstop with A/A+ ratings will play anywhere fine.

Going up the spectrum is another story.    I think it is a letter an a third  penalty for each shift.  It gets ugly, quickly.

I think it has been scrubbed.  At least I could not find it.

Does anyone have information on the defensive spectrum?
