This is going to be my fourth year coaching at at Power Conference and I'm hoping to finally progress out of C- prestige.

I know that Fearon will be my starting PG but I'm not sure who else I should be starting next year.

Madsen - One of my best athletes and best pure shooter
Cantwell - My best scorer but has low athleticism and is not a good defender.  Also he's only 6'1, I feel like he doesn't really have a position, this year I started him at SG.
Fernandes - Seems like he has bad LP for a SF but not fast enough for a SG
Harris - My best "big" but he's only 6'5.  I think he could potentially play 3,4 or 5
Carrier - My best rebounder but not great at anything else, I don't think he should be starting over the Sophmores but I don't know how much credit to give him for knowing the system
Douglas- I had to promise him a start and 20 minutes a game to land him last year otherwise he probably wouldn't have been starting.
Eckert - The first true center I've been able to land at Ok. State, I really like him but I'm not sure if he's ready to start.

7 underclassmen this year, you should be noticeably better (though REB will still be problematic) next season as you're losing nobody.  And just so you know, the height and weight thing are purely cosmetic in HD (for right or wrong), all you need to know is their ratings in each category.

This is probably how I would go:

PG:  Fearon, Madsen
SG:  Madsen, Oliver or Cantwell
SF:  Fernandes, Cantwell
PF: Harris, Carrier
C:  Douglas, Carrier or Eckert

I know that height and weight aren't as important as my mind wants them to be but I thought i remembered seeing a comment somewhere on the boards that a 7'1 player with 80 LP would be better in the post then a 6'7  player with all the same ratings.

well it makes intuitive sense that a taller player would be better in this situation, but unfortunately HD just doesn't account for such "nuances".  I think it's a slight detriment to the game, but so be it.

Does everyone else agree with jdno that I should be taking Cantwell out of the starting lineup?

I'd use him as a scorer off the bench.  His defense is too ugly to start in a power conference.  I'd go Fearon, Madsen, Fernandes, Harris, Eckert and use Douglas as the first backup to both posts, Madsen as the first backup PG, Oliver 3rd PG and 2nd SG, Cantwell 2nd SF, Willard 3rd SF and PF, and hope that Swain, Carrier, Cantwell, and Driver play as little as possible.  So:

PG: Fearon, Madsen, Oliver, Cantwell
SG: Madsen, Oliver, Driver, Cantwell
SF: Fernandes, Cantwell, Willard, Swain
PF: Harris, Douglas, Willard, Carrier
C: Eckert, Douglas, Carrier, Harris
