Free agent signings in previous seasons Topic

I am looking to find reports of previous free agent signings. Just trying to see what guys with "X" ratings have historically been paid in the past.

Might be cool to see this info, sort of like the draft results page. Is this somewhere and I'm just missing it?

Unless I'm mistaken, you can only get these for the current season (World > News > League Transactions)

League transactions only shows for the current season, the only thing I can think of his going to GM's Office > Player Development > Amateur Draft Order

You can click the Type A and Type B signings from previous seasons, maybe that will help

Go to World Office/Reports/International Signings. From there you can look at all IFA signing from any year.

I'm just saying, from a historical standpoint it might be helpful to be able to see what certain guys went for in the FA market. I 've got the IFAs, just curious about FA signings from the past.

Past FA signings might not be a good indicator of current market value.  Possibly a different set of owners, but also different strengths of the FA classes from season to season.  A decent player might get a more lucrative contract in a weaker class due to fewer alternatives.

This has always bugged me. In real life everybody finds it interesting to see which FAs get paid what. We have threads over in the MLB forum dedicated for just that, so I'm not sure why we aren't privy to FA signing information (without a ton of work involved).
