There's a player who I pursued but did not sign who didn't sign with anyone and is a JUCO for the upcoming recruiting period, do I have any carryover 'recruiting equity' and he would be more affordable to pursue and sign, or does it all reset?

I think if you click the recruiting summary tab and the player is listed there that you have some form of "carryover" from the prior recruiting cycle.
