http://whatifsports.com/hd/CoachProfile/Default.aspx?uid=190709&wid=1 vs. http://whatifsports.com/hd/CoachProfile/Default.aspx?uid=161006&wid=1 for hiring purposes at DI.  Not a complaint thread just interested in hearing debate.  Think some insight into hiring process can be had here although i'm not sure what criteria are currently used.  My analysis is that the overall resume is most important and the weight of the last 5 or 6 seasons is secondary.  Any thoughts?
