I have no idea waht the color coding means between the orange and the blue.  Can someone please explain this to me?

blue is high potential (21points+ growth approximately) and orange is low (1-6 points is the consensus)

Considering the context of seble's remarks in one of the other potential threads, I think the range on orange can safely be labeled at 0-6.99

So this is the breakdown...

Orange is (0-6.99)

Black is (7 - 20.99)

Blue is (21 - ?)
