But im back and couple questions. I just picked up Jackson St DI in Phelan.

What can a D prestige sign these days?

How much improvemnt does Low/Average/High equal out to on average cant really remember how it was my last seasons.

Just in general any really big changes I should know of? Last time I was fully in the game was season 26 of Phelan its 44 now, I did have a quick season in Phelan at season 30 but I barely paid attention.

Low - 0 - 7, avg is 7 - 20, low-high is 21- 27, high+ is 27+.

Change to keep in mind is that LP DOES matter for guards now.

As for what a D prestige can sign, that is something pretty difficult to define. You will need to experiment a little bit to figure that out. My advice would be to stay close, within 300 miles or so. I have lost too many recruits due to them being 750 miles away and me running out of cash.

D prestige can sign guys all the way into the 40's in the position rankings(maybe even 30's). Would require you to pull them down, I think.
