If this forum seems odd its because I have removed most of my postings, they were just confusing the main message. This league went thru some growing pains, but with the help of my fellow WIS owners its ready to go...I hope!

This league is about finding out who's the best coach. I've tried to give you players that allow for flexible lineup, setup and rotation. I think there's a good %usage spread. I have no idea how this leagues going to play out, I'm excited about finding out. It kind of like the IROC of coaching. Lastly I think I'm the baddest coach in WIS BB and will send the champion a gift certificate for 2 leagues to back up the talk. Its all in good fun, if you think you've got game come play.

Interesting idea.  I feel like, for the most part, this is a pretty good idea.  However, I feel like luck is going to play an even bigger role here than in normal leagues.  There's a definite best rotation available, and when multiple owners use it, it will flat out be luck between them.  That being said, I'm still somewhat interested and will let you know later if I'm in or not.

is that magic or marques?

One suggestion:  Give more lower usage options for the back court.  All are tier 4 or higher, with most being tier 1 or 2.

again, as ash said...most of these options are all high usage...and most owners will go with team 2 simply because team 1 has no paint scoring options...id roll with a lebron/mj/marion/kg/wilt lineup and i think a lot of other owners would as well...if not that one then at least the lebron/mj/wilt trio...thats the best trio in the sim

i love the concept here but you need a lot of work on the different rosters to choose from before you can expect to get enough owners to join

sorry... i've been really busy and have been meaning to get back to you.  I'll help, but it'll have to be after the new year most likely if you want a lot of thought put into it by me.  And no, they aren't paint scorers.  Don't think reality, think sim, and in the sim, they aren't paint presence players.

To do something like you're wanting, you need to give people high & low usage options at each position.  Off the top of my head... Something like

pg - Muggsy / Magic
sg - Brent Barry / Paul Pierce
c - Mutombo / Shaq
etc

you get what I'm saying?

Also, you should avoid Lebron (years 08-09 & 09-10 especially), MJ (almost any year), Rodman (any year, especially any season prior to 93-94 as he's 100% at SF and very overpowered for the sim) or Wilt (66-67, 67-68 & 68-69 versions).  They are the best at their positions and are overused.  If any of them are an option the winning team will use that player in the rotation.  There's no better alternative.
