Owners Who Commit and Then Don't Enter Topic

Should we have a thread for owners who join a league, especially a draft league or random league, and then don't enter?  It might be nice for all to know who does this.  Kind of like a negative rating on eBay when a transaction goes badly.  Opinions?

It would be tough to determine and police but I understand your thought. It sucks when guys sign up and either disappear or quit during or after a draft. We all know real life happens...but they need to understand 15 to 24 other guys are still looking forward to something they have all spent money and time on to happen. Be Respectful.
