Can't imagine why you would want to do this. In addition to the SP pitch counts noted by doubletruck, Sparky left to his own devices will make many other suboptimal decisions, including:
-- Setting your pitcher with the most real life saves to be your closer, even if he's the worst pitcher on your staff
-- Sac bunt settings for almost every player will be too high
-- Steal frequency settings will be set based on real life attempts, not success rate, and will therefore be set too high for most players
-- Will use default settings for all the advanced managerial options (such as hit and run frequency, PH frequency, etc)
-- Will not use players at their secondary positions unless there is no other choice. So if you have 1975 Carter on the team, and there is any other catcher on the roster, Carter will either be in the OF or on the bench.
-- Will almost certainly not platoon players in the starting lineups
I am sure I've missed a bunch. Sparky is well suited to in-game strategy once you've given him parameters to work with, but he's not well-designed to set those parameters.
