Does anyone feel like any of the four offenses we have produce a better 3pt offense than the others?  I'm considering adding another team to play a different style than I have with my other teams and wanted to toy with a Loyola, Marymount type team/concept (the Paul Westhead 1990s version...not the current one).
 

Flex seems to be the best offense for teams that are heavily 3-point oriented.  The main thing is the players, not the system.  If you get a bunch of guys with high PER and put them on +1 and +2 settings you'll chuck up 3s.  Of course you know that.  But I would give a slight edge to the flex.  Seems like the MOST successful 3-point offenses relative to talent tend to run it.

I agree with the above. Flex might have a slight advantage but it is mostly the players. Triangle does ok too.

I'll just go ahead and say Motion is OK for the 3 ball as well.

I'm currently running the flex... at Loyola Marymount... and getting over 30% of my points from beyond the arc.  But at the same time, I have more quality guards than quality big men.  So that's more likely what's effecting* things.

I don't feel there is a difference in 3 pt shooting between offensive sets. If flex is the best perimeter offense then what is the best LP offense? What is the best offense for racking up assists? I think this totally depends on the player and his distro. I know the flex needs great per guys to be more effective but to say you would shoot a higher percentage at the per because of the offense... I don't know about that. 

Flex requires Speed and Outside shooting. It spreads the floor to draw in defenses. Atleast thats the WIS HD definition of it.

Triangle to me seems to be to offense for a good Low Post and Outside shooting offense scince it tends to need a LP threat and some shooters. 

Motion seems to be a balanced offensive set to me.

Fastbreak also shoots alot of 3's as well.
