5 seasons ago I left my job at Nevada for NC State.  We started an every-year rivalry last year and we actually ended up playing each other in the first round, giving us two matchups in one year between two very connected teams.  Our non-con rivalry game happened again this year with Nevada coming out on top for the first time.  Earlier today the seedings for the NT came out and what is the first round matchup?  Nevada-NC State.  4 times in 2 years between my new school and my old school?  (I was slated for a 7 seed in the projection ratings but got an 8 seed...conspiracy anybody?)

for a while, at SIUE in d2 tark, i played markg at bloomsburg, in the NT, like every single year. i think it was literally 6 times in 8 years. sad thing was it was usually around the sweet 16, and i felt he always had a better team than that (it was almost always a 1v4 or 1v5 matchup, those were in my good years...)
