Nothing like the ol' 1-5 update with four one-run losses...

I can't remember ever being screwed so badly by this many teams at one time.  It's comical.  Can't believe my Lg 5 team is hanging in the divisional race.  Joe Jackson, Tris Speaker, Nap Lajoie, Pete Alexander and all relievers performing WAY below average.  I'm really discouraged by the whole SIM right now.  When RL 0.84 pitchers have 1.74 WHIPs what can you do?

Is anyone performing well in that league though?

For me:

Actual Hitters stat line:     .323Avg/.390OBP/.453Slg/.843OPS
Season Hitting line:          .268Avg/.314OBP/.353Slg/.667OPS (last in the league in OBP and OPS)

Actual Pitchers line:          0.85WHIP/1.43ERA/.192Avg
Season Pitching line:       1.24WHIP/3.16ERA/.248Avg

The only thing I think I have going for me is my starting pitching which has got me #1 in ERA (but I think I got the worst O though).

I had only 1 reliever with a RL WHIP of over 1.00 and that was the infamous Jay Pettibone (which I always use in a Mopup role) but have still managed to only convert 29 of 43 SVO (not as bad as your 57.4% rate).  I always felt that WIS overly dramatizes the come-back for effect and the save rate is really worse than it should be.

At least my addition to the Lg. 6 players, Cy Seymour, worked.

went on an 11 day vacation at the beginning of the season, but that is no excuse for the **** poor outing I performed in round 2..ugly ugly ugly..any chance on moving the dates up so round 2 starts when baseball season isn't over?

I hate 5 game series. Losing 1 game is such a hit to series win probabilities/expected win totals etc.

There are few things as soul crushing as going up 2-0 in a 5 game series and then losing it.  Might happen in the PM2, and there are few things that can be left to random chance as much as a '95 Maddux vs. '95 Maddux game...
