I am going after this guy but I seem to be getting contraditing reports.

I get an e-mail that says "Coach, it's down to a handful of schools - you're on my very short list. I just can't say yes right now until I've made my final campus visits. At it stands right now, you're my top choice though."

However word on the street says he is definitely leaning towards the other school.

Which one should I believe?

when did the e-mail come in?  word on the street only updates at 2am and 2pm, so it may be behind on the info if you've made more effort since then.  but if the e-mail is a scholarship e-mail, it's the one you should listen to
