As others have said, the ATH rating is low if you want to be a contender at D3. With that being said, you might want to sacrifice some ATH in your PGs for additional speed.
This season you only have one perimeter threat and no threat in the post (Escarcega's 16 ATH is hampering his scoring abilities and only scores 3.4 PPG). It's no surprise that you don't have a single player shooting above 50% from the field. The beauty about recruiting for ATH and SPD in D3 is that the other ratings can be subpar and you can still have yourself a good scorer. Just look at
Jesse Woodruff. He's averaging over 25 PPG on 52% shooting because of his ATH/SPD combo (his 64 BH and IQs are probably helpful, too).
Recruit mainly for ATH/SPD, try to get a couple of LP threats and guys capable of shooting from distance and you should have yourself a D3 contender.
All of this is assuming solid D ratings.......
