At first glance I see three things that jump out at me:

1. Your teams ATH is ok  but not high enough to be a serious contender at DIII.
2. Your senior Center is severely hampered by that 16 in ATH.   Is his ATH was 40 he would be a stud.
3. It looks like only two guys are shooting and not very well, I would play with the distro until the two guys FG% get closer to 50%.

I like your two guards. Youve got solid rebounding. The quickest, easiest answer is that you run man defense with 39 defense rating. High D, for lack of a better description, takes out some of the variation in game results. Low D means you are really counting on the RNG. As a B- you can get guys who will cap out around 55 D without sacrificing elsewhere. It appears your freshman are low potential in D. also, man D requires high D ratings. It's a requirement.

The easiest suggestion is to look at the top teams in your world. See what ratings they have, especially in their freshman. I'm willing to bet they are decently rated to start, but take a look at their improvements. That will tell you what you need to be recruiting.

As others have said, the ATH rating is low if you want to be a contender at D3. With that being said, you might want to sacrifice some ATH in your PGs for additional speed.
This season you only have one perimeter threat and no threat in the post (Escarcega's 16 ATH is hampering his scoring abilities and only scores 3.4 PPG). It's no surprise that you don't have a single player shooting above 50% from the field. The beauty about recruiting for ATH and SPD in D3 is that the other ratings can be subpar and you can still have yourself a good scorer. Just look at Jesse Woodruff. He's averaging over 25 PPG on 52% shooting because of his ATH/SPD combo (his 64 BH and IQs are probably helpful, too).
Recruit mainly for ATH/SPD, try to get a couple of LP threats and guys capable of shooting from distance and you should have yourself a D3 contender.

All of this is assuming solid D ratings.......

That reminds me of a funny story,... My first name is  Leo but I've always used my middle name, Allen. A few years ago,  I had  surgery. Afterwards, the nurse said, "As you were waking up. I asked if you preferred to be called 'Leo' or 'Allen'. You said, "Your Majesty will do."
