Quite honestly, no. Terrible ATH and D ratings overall.

No, honestly you haven't recruited a decent player yet.  Remember you NEED defense when you are playing man especially, but any defense.  You need better athletes as well Guards should top out at least 35 and defense top out at least 50 and big men 50 ATH and DEF 50, be willing to sacrifice offensive attributes (LP, Per,BH) for DEF and ATH they are most important.  GL

Guerro and Monahan could be role-players on a good team and they're your best players.

Take a look at this NCW team. Motion-Man. Notice the Ath, Spd, Def in EVERY PLAYER. This is not optional. Model your recruits target cores after these players and you'll be fine.

IMO, ATH and DEF are the two most important attributes with SPD coming in third. Without those, I wouldn't expect to be very successful.

Work to improve every recruiting session. Make sure to use FSS on your home state to find players with high potential in core areas. There's a couple of VERY good threads about recruiting at the top of the forum right now, read them and learn

The main thing I did to learn was look at the top 25 every year and look at the teams that are always at the top. What attributes do they have? What is the constant theme?
