Quick question - I am looking at acquiring a player from another team, and his salary will put me over budget. The trading partner said he'd cover the salary. My question is, during the time that the trade is reviewed by the league for "veto / no veto" will the player's owed salary continue to decline, or am I locked into paying him what he is owed after I hit 'Accept'? Thanks.
