Jeff Burroughs had 678 RL PAs but only 480 actual PAs at the end of the WS. So how is he fatigued (99%) after only one game in the TOC? Another player had only 398 RL PAs and was already at 99% at the end of the WS. After on TOC game he also is at (99%). This does not make sense to me.

That still does not explain how a guy with 678 PAs is fatigued after 1 game, while numerous players with fewer PAs are still at 100%, including a few who batted earlier than him in the lineup.

Jorge Orta, Ralph Kiner, and Jeff Burroughs had 5 PAs in game 1 of the TOC. In RL, Orta had 606 PAs, Kiner had 705, and Burroughs had 672. I thought it odd that Burroughs would be at 99 after one game, especially since Orta, who batted leadoff and has fewer RL PAs, stayed at 100%?
