I have before.

It has to be a really, really obvious case, and you have to get it done BEFORE the start of recruiting.  And even then you have to get lucky in your dealings with CS.

 

In my case, it was a player who'd played 19 MPG the previous year with good results and I'd been trying to get him to RS.  I accicut him at 8 AM the day before recruiting and had him back the next day.  But if there'd been any chance whatsoever for others to pursue him, I would've been SOL.

I have done this. I sent ticket immediately and made sure to note it was time sensitive. If they see it in time you should get player back.
