Coach, you've sold me, but another school is doing a great job of selling their program too. I just can't decide yet.

I believe this scholarship message often shows up when a recruit initially considers you after the signings begin, but the current format of recruiting is such as they need to consider you for one cycle before they actually sign.

Back in the olden days it was possible to dump money into a recruit and he would sign immediately.
