i signed jerry roberts to a 2 year deal, this was supposed to be year 2. but instead of makig the 3.1million he is in arbitration requesting 7.6 or 6.5 for 5....

Is this right? Shouldnt he be making 3.1 like the contract that was signed...

yeah i didnt realize he declined it cause usually when a player declines the option it says it in the option page but it didnt say it there.
