I'm wondering if any of you had institued a "Senior Night" for your HD teams. I.e. Start all your seniors in your final home regular season game.

I did it once for a team of mine that sucked. But I won't do it if I'm having a good season.

I did senior night the last few years at my old school. I held it against the last sim home game on the schedule. Had one guy get 47 one year.

Yeah I'm thinking of introducing it against my last home sim game of the season, wondering if anyone else had been doing it as we are seeing senior nights across the NCAA right now.

As pointless as it is, I do (when I remember it before the final home game).  But I don't change their minutes, just give the start.  In fact, when I do it I may switch to target minutes and set to 4-8 if that is appropriate.

i used to schedule "home" games for seniors like UNC does in RL-- so i'd try to play Hawaii if I had kids from there, etc etc. Eventually the practice faded away... I may re-institute it for my d3 schools, where the recruits tend to be from all over the place.

when things go really badly, I sometimes have freshman nite - when we give all the freshmen a start
