How much of an advantage does a D+ D1 school have vs a A+ D2 in recruiting?

It's really not that huge. The advantage is the money, not as much the prestige. So if the A+ school has 6 openings and the D1 only has 2 and is in another battle the D2 can get him without too much of an issue.
