i did scout lollar but did not use fss...i feel that with his stats he is a pretty solid pg
gray i liked his potential from the fss
joesph im kinda regret taking as i feel he may not be as good as i thought he was
zogg seeme dlike a solid center to me with decent potential in lp and def that should help him gorw
foster i feel is probally the best recruit i have not just skill wise but potential as well

Outside of Cockrell, your players have terrible WE.

Due to off-season changes, players with extremely low WE like Foster, Gray, and Lollar, will likely progress negatively throughout their career.

Those with single digit Work Ethics *might* improve over the course of the season, but they'll lose it during the offseason.

Looking at the big picture, you did a nice job of signing a full class your first time around, but in the future you need to sign players with WE's above 30. If you have any questions about other parts of the game, the forums are always open and you can find yourself a mentor from the thread at the top of the HD forum. GL this season

I've been attempting to find a mentor and have received some good tips but all have said they are too busy to mentor.

the big thing i saw is the WEs.... high potentials don't mean much without a work ethic.... that being said you could have done much worse.

With those WE's, if you keep the players I would pile on the IQ practice, because they aren't going to improve much in the ratings.
