I think the second guy is superior offensively and defensively, but the first guy has the big edge in REB. With that in mind, I would alternate them based on your opponent. If your opponent is potentially going to kill you on the boards, go with the first guy; otherwise, go with the second guy. The second guy should definitely start any time you are facing an opponent who plays zone b/c of his advantages in SPD and PE. I also prefer him against the press because of his SPD edge and the fact that he is slightly better at the line (I frequently run uptempo against the press to get them tired and into foul trouble).
So to me, the first guy only starts against M2M teams with a rebounding advantage against you.
