I am someone who takes care of their minors to the point that typically all my minor league teams go to the playoffs and most seasons I have at least one minor league world series winner in each world I play in. I am somehow able to accomplish this feat despite the fact that I have never cared enough to see how many home/road games they play or bothered to check how many games they play vs. each team. I agree that maintaining proper rosters and paying attention to injuries and fatigue % is something that every GM should take care of for their franchises, but it is a monumental leap to care about the home/road split of the schedule. I am pretty certain that no real life ML GM would care about it.
A real life GM would care to the extent of keeping his minor league affiliates ownership happy. But, in HBD it is not a concern as what is needed of us to monitor our minirs appropriately is not affected by schedule oddities or balance or lack thereof.
