it means rookies are allowed...BTW Dave why would you ever have rookies in a league with a 57 Mil Cap?

Some people like rookies no matter what the cap.  I never use them in a $57 mile league, but to each to his own.

i dont understand dave, if there are no clones, why do you say only one wilt, lebron, rodman, etc?

At a $57 mil cap, I drafted a team that would only play 6 players.  That leaves the 6 minimum salary players and 3 rooks to sit on the bench for 82 games.  Not much coaching there.  I think I am not interested.
