Didn't make any difference in the outcome, but I thought this from last night was ridiculous.  Fouling on the floor at the buzzer up 8?  Seems strange to sub there too.

00:05 Peter Turner makes the 1st free throw 56-49
00:05 Peter Turner makes the 2nd free throw 57-49
00:00   57-49 William Allen is fouled on the floor by Charles Jones - foul #2 on Charles Jones, team foul #8
00:00
Brian Howard (SF), Paul Smith (PF)
Nicholas Miller, Jacob Graves
57-49
00:00   57-50 William Allen makes the 1st free throw
00:00   57-51 William Allen makes the 2nd free throw

Actually the end of game logic that is getting annoying for me is the fact that my team seems to love to foul the last 3 minutes of a game...... when I have the lead.  It is one thing to foul when you are trailing, I have that set, but it seems like I go foul crazy when I have a 4 or 5 point lead and just give the game away to my opponent at the foul line.  Very annoying.  I don't believe that is the way I would coach my team to play.... hence.... poor end of game logic.

garman, it's a legit point -- what did seble say when you sent the ticket?
ok, lets get back to my point. CS wanted me to elaborate with there response at 5 p.m. I did and will let you know.
Just as I suspected! Here is the response from CS.

"The play-by-play text is purely cosmetic. There's no difference in the game engine between a fadeaway jumper and a normal jumper."

Anybody notice an increased number of missed dunks in the pbp?  I know it's just window dressing.  A missed shot is a missed shot for the sim.
Why is it window dressing?
Because the way the Sim is designed, first the outcome of the poessession is determined...so for example on posession #1 sim determines, missed shot defensive rebound...then the PbP is generated to match the outcome...the description is simply "window dressing" on the previously determined result.

I know the feeling, however. I remember one play I read a while back my 7'2, 99 athleticism center had a jump hook blocked by a guy who was 6'7 with a low 90s athleticism. I'm looking at thinking that's the equivalent of Ralph Sampson getting a jump hook blocked by like Clyde Drexler, it's just not going to happen, lol.
But hasn't . .what. . Spud Webb or Muggsy Bogues blocked a shot before?  Even against a center, I think.
