D2 Hiring Topic

Hey, just a quick question and hopefully someone can answer.

I know it's tough to get into D1 but how easy is it to go from d3 to d2.  Will I be able to get any job at the d2 level with my Kenyon team?

I believe you can get any job in DII after 1 season in DIII, the only question is who else is applying for the job you want and then the best resume wins.

Yea you could get any DII you want, and I think you're ready for it.

Okay, that is what I thought.  Seems weird you can jump to D2 so easily but D1 is a billion times harder.

Any good conferences in Allen D2 with human coaches?

I wasn't qualified after my first season, but of course I did only go 4-23 lol

I was in Allen's east coast conference.  It was easy to recruit from and 2/3rds full...not a super challenge, but not a ghost town.  The best conference is probably the Heartland, but its a dogfight every year.
